1. Acceptance
By accessing or using FaceStyler ("the Service", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Use together with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it, you represent that you are 18 or older.
3. The Service
FaceStyler is a website offering AI photo tools, such as AI Face Ager and AI Face Retouch, together with related articles. We may add, change, or discontinue features at any time. Results are generated by AI and may not be accurate.
4. Fees
The Service is currently free to use. If we introduce paid features, we will update these Terms before you are charged.
5. Your Photos & Consent
- Only upload photos you have the right to use.
- If a photo shows anyone other than you, you must have that person's consent.
- Do not upload photos of anyone under 18.
6. Your Content
You keep ownership of the photos you upload and of the images generated from them. Solely to provide the Service, you grant us a limited license to process them; uploaded photos are deleted within 24 hours (see Privacy Policy). You may use the generated images, including for commercial purposes, as long as you hold the rights to the original photo.
7. Prohibited Use
You may not use the Service to:
- create sexual, harassing, defamatory, or misleading content about a real person;
- impersonate anyone or create deceptive deepfakes;
- infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy;
- break any law that applies to you;
- scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or otherwise interfere with the Service.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service software, design, text, and trademarks belong to NEROVIA DIGITAL LTD or its licensors. Except for your own content, you may not copy, modify, or commercially exploit them without permission.
9. Third-Party Links
Our articles may link to third-party websites. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content or practices.
10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
11. Termination
We may suspend or block your access at any time if you breach these Terms or applicable law.
12. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and disputes are submitted to the courts of Cyprus.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time; changes will be posted here with a new date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
